SERVICES AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on _________________, 20__, between Cheryl "Joe" Dyson "Rules", referred to herein as "The Writer", and "Byaghro Esby" and Micole "Coe" Rose, jointly known as "The Fangirls".

1. Purpose. The Fangirls require daily doses of pornography in written format. As such, they have deemed The Writer to be the most qualified individual to provide said pornography. The Writer hereby agrees to provide such service as is required by The Fangirls.

2. Scope of Services.

(a) Services. The Writer agrees to perform for The Fangirls the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The specific services to be performed, the fees for those services, the time period during which the services are to be performed, and the other terms of such services are as set forth below.

(b) Method of Performing Services. The Writer shall write pornography for The Fangirls and provide it via Word documents, email discussion threads, LiveJournal posts and Twitter.

3. Fees and Expenses.

(a) Fees. The Fangirls shall pay The Writer in the form of squealing, flailing, excited comments, plot bunnies, and any bishie pictures The Fangirls come across.

(b) Expenses. The Fangirls agree to pay all "research" expenses incurred by The Writer in the pursuit of a plot idea. As long as The Fangirls ultimately benefit from said "research", either in the form of writing, or pictures of The Writer's debauched exploits.

(c) Delivery of Materials. Upon the completion of services The Writer shall deliver the pornography via the methods listed above.

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES

 

THIS SCHEDULE OF SERVICES IS ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FANGIRLS AND THE WRITER DATED ________________, 20__.

 

Description of Services:

 

Daily TwitterPorn, including but not limited to: H/D, M/A, B/C, L/L, AS/S, Adam/Steve, Hugo/James, and any other pairing The Writer shall come up with - with the consent of The Fangirls

 

Collaborative TwitterPorn, including but not limited to: @Aurorsupreme/@SlytherinSexGod, various Wingtip pairings, possible future M/A or B/C project

 

LiveJournal Porn, including but not limited to: Longer stories involving the above pairings.

 

Email Porn, including but not limited to: The continuation of the Adam/Steve story and the Merlin/Arthur story (which shall, ultimately, make its way to LJ and Twitter).
