Rec Post!

A nasty cold was kicking my ass this weekend, making writing an impossibility, damn it, so I read instead.  Well, one story, at any rate, and it was SO GOOD!  You should all rush off and read it.  I liked it so much I actually want to read it AGAIN, which is amazing, because I seldom reread anything.

Small Blessings

So much about this was gorgeous.  I wasn't terribly fond of Draco's backstory, but it was necessary for the fic to progress, so once you get through that you will adore how he turns out.  Harry is incredibly awesome GUH from start to finish, as is the child around which the plot revolves.  This fic was more satisfying that many many purchased novels and I plan to glomp the mystery author a billionty once the reveals are made.  I was even more impressed when I went back and looked at the prompt, because bryoneybrynn practically wrote the damn thing in the prompt.  *snicker*  I remember wondering how anyone could pull it off when I first read the prompt, but they did AWESOME.  This is a really good story.  *happy sigh*

So far, I've rec-ed everything I've read from this fest.  LOL!  WOOT for hd_career_fair !  *tacklehugs the mods*

Oh, and this is fabulous, too!  We have such awesome artists in our fandom!!!!!!!!!!!!

Draco's Bandmates Suck

The title alone is awesome.  LOL!  Thankfully, Draco doesn't get far before Harry goes after him.  *pets pretty boys*
