Sorry. I just like saying that. This point is postless. Or something. Um... wat?
Oh, I should freak out because LJ is gonna disintegrate, right? WOE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope that will do it, cuz I don't have the energy for anything more dramatic. I'm already on IJ even though I only go there to see what Ponderosa has been up to lately. I'll go there if I gotta. I haven't read very many hd_hols fics. Mostly only those what's been rec-ed. Thanky for rec-ing, oh lovely flist!!! I'm writing a rentboy!Draco fic that's getting longer and longer and oh what a fucking surprise LONGER, and I'm wondering if I should post it in bits. Hmmm. It's 24,000 words so far. Pfffffft, that's totally SHORT. What was I thinking?
I'm going to be pimping Happy Fluffy Lovey Dovey Kissy SMOOCHFEST soon, so be ready for it. Cam and Alaana and Byaghro and I came up with it because we were tired of crying our eyes out over the morbid angsty tormenty horror fics we read last year. *smacks* Take that, trauma!
We're planning for it to be similar to the hd_artfest where anyone can submit prompts and anyone can grab prompts. Wasn't that FUN? (Yes, it WAS, bryoneybrynn, and you know it, and I'm totally roping you into this fest) I thought it was fun. And FUN is part of Smoochfest.
I traumatized myself slightly with my medieval fic, but I am still working on it. Just had to take a slight breather. And I've been computer shopping. WTF is it with Best Buy? I wish they would pay those guys on commission again because I can NEVER GET ANY FUCKING HELP IN THERE. After an HOUR I was still pointing at the fucking HUGELY EXPENSIVE computer and asking someone to let me buy the damn thing. Seriously, I'm not talking the super duper cheapo "on sale" model. I have NEVER bought a new computer and I'm finally ready to get the smoking gaming system, the hugeass monitor, the tablet, and all the damn bells and whistles. The idiot salespeople kept leaving me to help grandpa pick out a pair of speakers for his ancient Compag that runs Win95. I finally got fed up and left. Computerless. Best Buy, you SUCK.
*sigh* But I'm too impatient to buy online. I want it and I want it NOW so I'll most likely go back there and torture myself some more.
