Fanfic.net irritation!!!!

I've been trying to upload the next chapter for TWO DAYS on fanfiction.net and it keeps giving me an error message that says click here (http://support.fanfiction.net) if the error persists, but when I click there I get a message saying the webpage cannot be displayed.  Apparently I'm stuck in no upload limbo and I can't reach anyone there to figure out the problem.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I hate technical difficulties.  At least Fiction Alley still works, so the new Chapter is on there.
