Amusing child is amusing

Since I'm trying to get back into my habit of posting every single day here is a small conversation I had with my silly boy child the other day.

Dyson:  *sings while doing some lame household task*
Boychild:  You have a great voice, Mommy.
Dyson:  *stares*  What?  You're always telling me to shut up.
Boychild:  Well.  It gets annoying.
Dyson:  Thanks.
Boychild:  *nods*  Really, you should be a singer. *pause*  An OLD singer.
Dyson:  *headdesk*

For the record, my singing ability is NIL.  The sarcasm is strong in that one.  And he's not even the Slytherin.

And thanks to byaghro I may have found a new fandom.  *flails*
